GLOW Event Coordinator ATL -Volunteer
Responsible for implementing and searching for outreach opportunities for GLOW Members, Coordinate Fundraisers and Events. Communicates with Board on all activities added to the yearly Calendar. This includes women conferences, outreach programs, trips and fundraisers. Will work closely with Director, Co Director, Executive Secretary and Marketing Director. This position must commit to a 2 year term at least. Event Coordinator Assistant-Volunteer Works closely with the Event Coordinator in planning out events and fundraisers for GLOW. Ensures events are running smoothly. Assist Coordinator as needed. Contacts vendors, sponsors and members for volunteer assignments. This position must commit to a 2 year term at least. PR and Social Media Specialist-Volunteer Works closely with Program Director and Event Coordinator to make sure all events are being marketed on the all Social Media Platforms. Marketing Director-Volunteer Create Flyers for events, Eventbrite Registrations, Order signs and Decorating items needed for events. This position must commit to 2 year or more term. Grant Researchers and Writers-Volunteer Works closely with Program Director and Executive Secretary. Will research and keep inform of any grant opportunities. Help with the Grant applications process. |
