Bookkeeper/Accounting - Some knowledge of QuickBooks software and accounting input. Log in donations, make account deposits and maintain accurate records. Log all donations in spread sheet including member donations. Make sure donation envelopes are available at Fellowship Meeting and collect them for our records. Give receipt as requested by donor. Give monthly report as needed and at Board Meetings. Treasurer will work closely with Program Director on all Financial Disbursements, Invoices and Expenses. Treasurer will have access to Paypal Business Account to ensure we are receiving all Charitable Donations.
